2011 "Shooting Stars"

This year Alyse's basketball team name was the Shooting Stars.  She was lucky enough to have her softball coach of two years, also be her basketball coach this year.  Such a great guy!  He is really blessed with creativity to keep them focused and involved...and did I mention being blessed with patience to deal with 8, 1st & 2nd graders?!?!  All I can say is, GO RANDY!
Alyse has her moments when she is really into sports.  She has tried a lot...dance, gymnastics, soccer, softball, ice skating, basketball, and volleyball.   But I think basketball is really tickling her fancy a bit.  :)  She seems to really enjoy it and she is naturally really good!  And improving all of the time!  I have a gut feeling that basketball will end up being one of the top sports for her!
