Thomas the Train / Air Balloons

So I've been following a Blog that I found awhile back and I absolutely love it!  The mom's name is Katy and she is a stay-at-home mom like myself here in Indianapolis.  She researches and finds all sorts of children's activities around the area.  Super cool!  She had listed an event called "A Day Out with Thomas".  We checked it out and decided I'd take Kaylee.  So Theresa and I took Kaylee and Emerson last night and it turned out pretty cute!  The girls were pumped!

Big thanks to Whitewater Valley RailRoad in Connersville for such a cute idea.  It was a little dead however since we went later in the evening.  Didn't have to worry about crowds, that's for sure!!!  

After this adventure we loaded back in the van, headed over for some Mickey D's and then up to Mount Comfort to check out the Hot Air Balloon Glow at the Mt. Comfort Air Show.  Now that was super cool!!  So glad we went.  Both girls were pumped to see all the little airplanes!

After figuring out that the man on the microphone explaining the balloons and their pilots was scaring Kaylee to death...we walked to the end and watch from a far.  She freaked!!!!  Can't wait till next year.  We'll go earlier and see all of the fun things for the kids to do.  But the end of the night the girls were pooped!!  Such a fun day with my girls! :)

Radio Disney Free Family Fun Day

Last Saturday, I rounded up the girls and headed to the fair grounds.  Radio Disney had a family fun day and everything was FREE!  Always a nice!  We waited until the day was half over and I'm glad we did.  Less crowd and possibly a little less hot however, we still melted.
